• Welcome to the Class of 2020 info page

grad capsClass of 2020 - We know this is not what you expected for your Senior year. We are here for you. We are working each day to find ways to celebrate you and all you have accomplished.
  • Diploma Pick Up
  • Graduates will be able to pick up their diplomas in the main office from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm staring on Monday, June 15th. Please note, you must have all fines paid and your laptop turned in to pick up a diploma.

Credits and Courses
a.  If your student was on track to graduate prior to the closure, please make sure you are keeping up with your current classes. As long as you are in constant communication with your teachers and completing assignments you will not have to worry about your graduation being affected as a result of the school closure.

b.  If your student was not on track to graduate (or if you are unsure), please reach out to your student's counselor (information below). It is imperative that you are in the know of exactly what your student needs to do in order to be able to graduate. If your student is enrolled in credit retrieval (i.e. Edgenuity) they should be working on those courses every day until they are complete. Tests have been unlocked so that students can continue to progress as necessary. If you have any questions about your student’s progress, please contact the following individuals:
 - If your student is in the 3rd period Credit Retrieval Class please contact Mr. Swanson (
 - If your student is not in the 3rd period class, but has been assigned Credit Retrieval classes please contact Ms. Buxton (

Financial Aid
1. FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid): It is not too late to submit your FAFSA form. If you have any questions about the FAFSA or need help filling it out, this would be a great time to reach out to your counselor via the new online booking system.

Senior Yard Signs
As a way to celebrate the class of 2020, ERHS staff delivered signs to all seniors living in the ER attendance area. If you are attending ER on an intra-district or out-of-district waiver or if you didn't have a sign delivered please come by the front office (between 8-2) to pick up your sign.
