With the opening of a counseling position here at ERHS,
counselors have adjusted their caseloads (one last time) to support all ERHS students and families. With the previously implemented temporary alpha breakdown, counselors' caseloads were not evenly distributed. With this final change, each counselor will be serving 480-500 students until an additional counselor is hired. Updated counselor alpha breakdown is below:
